Secret dinner party

As I can't post any pictures from tonight's main event, here's a photo of me with Aian, the boat's deputy purser and part-time photographer
I didn't attend the Dengue Fever gig at Parkway tonight afterall as I was invited to a dinner party aboard a boat meandering up the Mekong River, with some very high profile guests and with two renowned chefs, one British, one Cambodian, putting their culinary skills to the test in the on-board kitchen and in front of the television cameras. I can't name names as I'm sworn to secrecy until the programme makers are ready to air the episode on British tv but it shouldn't take a lot of detective work to figure out who I'm referring to. It was a very interesting and pleasurable evening, the food was great and my ugly mug might just make it onto tv screens back in Blighty. Now wouldn't that be a bit strange for the folks back home.

Well it seems the cat is out of the proverbial bag as the Hanuman Tourism Twitter confirmed that last night's dinner party involved the British tv chef Gordon Ramsey. Nevertheless, the tv company expressed a desire not to release any more info from the filming that took place last night, so 'Mum's still the word'.
